We offer both used and refurbished engines. The condition of each engine is clearly stated on the product page. Refurbished engines undergo additional inspection and servicing before being offered for sale.

3. How much does shipping cost?

All engines ship for a flat rate of $150 within the continental United States. Freight shipments are delivered curbside and include liftgate service for residential addresses when available.

4. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, transit time is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided when available.

5. Do I need to be present for delivery?

Yes. Engine shipments are delivered by freight carrier and require someone to be available to receive and inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

6. Is liftgate delivery included?

Yes. Residential deliveries generally include liftgate service at no additional charge. Delivery is curbside only and drivers are not permitted to move the engine inside a residence, garage, or workshop.

7. What if my engine arrives damaged?

Inspect the shipment before signing. Any visible damage must be noted on the driver's paperwork at the time of delivery. If significant damage is present, you may refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

8. Do your engines come with a warranty?

Warranty coverage varies by engine. Any applicable warranty terms will be listed on the product page. Please review the warranty details before completing your purchase.

9. What is the average mileage on JDM engines?

Mileage varies by engine and availability. Because many imported engines come from vehicles retired in Japan, they are often lower mileage than comparable domestic engines, but exact mileage cannot always be verified.

10. Can I return an engine?

Yes. Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery. The engine must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received. Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

11. Do engines include accessories?

Accessories such as alternators, starters, sensors, wiring, and air conditioning components may remain attached, but they are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product listing.
