Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for refurbished engines that meet our return eligibility criteria. The return period begins from the date of delivery confirmation.

Returns must be initiated within the 30-day window. Contact us immediately if you need to return an engine.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, engines must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Engine must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation included
  • No signs of installation, mounting, or modification
  • Original proof of purchase and order number
  • Engine has not been damaged during customer possession

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • • Custom or special-order engines
  • • Engines that have been installed or mounted
  • • Engines with signs of use, wear, or modification
  • • Engines damaged due to improper handling or storage
  • • Engines returned after the 30-day window
  • • Engines sold "as-is" or for parts only

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This fee covers:

  • • Re-inspection and testing of returned engine
  • • Repackaging and inventory processing
  • • Administrative costs

No restocking fee applies if the engine is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the engine was defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Returns must be shipped via freight carrier due to weight and size

• Customer must arrange and pay for freight pickup and delivery

• Engines must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

• We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the engine

Refund Processing

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned engine. Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days.

Defective Engine Claims

If you receive a defective engine, contact us immediately. Defective returns are handled differently:

  • • No restocking fee for confirmed defective engines
  • • We cover return shipping costs for defective engines
  • • Full refund or replacement at customer's choice
  • • Extended return window for defective claims
