Delivery Requirements

Delivery Limitations
- • Curbside delivery only (driver will not enter property)
- • Maximum 150 feet from truck to delivery point
- • Residential deliveries require someone 18+ to sign
- • Commercial deliveries accepted during business hours
Damage & Claims
Important: Inspection Protocol
- Inspect engine and packaging immediately upon delivery
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of any damage or packaging issues
- Contact us within 48 hours to report shipping damage
- Keep all original packaging materials for inspection
