Delivery Requirements

Customer Responsibilities

  • • Provide clear access to delivery location
  • • Have proper equipment for unloading (forklift/engine hoist recommended)
  • • Inspect package before signing delivery receipt

Delivery Limitations

  • • Curbside delivery only (driver will not enter property)
  • • Maximum 150 feet from truck to delivery point
  • • Residential deliveries require someone 18+ to sign
  • • Commercial deliveries accepted during business hours

Damage & Claims

Important: Inspection Protocol

  1. Inspect engine and packaging immediately upon delivery
  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  3. Take photos of any damage or packaging issues
  4. Contact us within 48 hours to report shipping damage
  5. Keep all original packaging materials for inspection

Do not refuse delivery - accept and note damage for proper claim processing.
